Deborah Friedlaender ’90

Philanthropist and Community Leader

Deborah Friedlaender served as a Trustee of the Foundation Board for 6 years, from 2010 to 2016, serving as Treasurer from 2014 to 2016. She also served on the Investment/Finance and Audit Committees, and is currently a member of the Audit Committee. She is Chair Emeriti of UC San Diego Chancellor’s Associates, and has been a Life Member since 1994. 

Deborah received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Cleveland State University, and received a master’s from the UC San Diego School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (now GPS). She is a licensed CPA and CFP.
