James Moffatt ’80

Jim is the President of JSM Advisors, and retired Vice Chairman and Global CEO Deloitte Consulting where he served for over 30 years. He currently serves on the boards of both public and private companies, working with private equity and venture capital firms advising a number of their portfolio companies. He has advised numerous Fortune 500 clients during his career, working closely with C-suite executives to deliver leading insights and innovative solutions. He is a board member of First Hawaiian Inc., First Hawaiian Bank, Digital Transformation Opportunities Corporation, Optiv, Icertis, and others. He also serves as Vice Chairman, Co-Chairman of the Strategy Committee and Member of the Executive Committee for UCLA Anderson School Board of Advisors. He received his BA from UC San Diego in Biology and Management Science, and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School.
