Jerrilyn T. Malana '86

Jerri Malana serves as a Chief Deputy/Special Advisor with the San Diego County District Attorney’s (DA) Office where she advises on human resources matters and civil litigation issues. Prior to joining the DA’s Office, Jerri spent over 16 years as an employment law attorney and shareholder with Littler Mendelson. 

She was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2014, and is the Chair of the Student Foundation Committee and a member of the Trustee Recruitment and Engagement Committee. She previously served as President of the Alumni Board of Directors and is a member of the Legal Professionals Network at UC San Diego, an organization that she helped to create.
