Ping Yeh, B.S. ’99, M.S.  ’01
Ping is CEO of StemoniX, a regenerative-precision medicine company that sells plates of stem-cell derived human tissue to pharmaceutical companies and research institutes to accelerate the discovery of new cures in areas of brain disease, heart disease and cancer. He served as president of the UC San Diego Twin Cities Alumni Group and also served on the all-UC committee on education policy. He was co-founder of the Student Foundation, president of the Triton Engineering Student Council and chair of the Triton Athlete’s Council. He received his bachelor of science and master’s degree in mechanical engineering at UC San Diego and an M.B.A from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota. Ping has recently served as mentor to Mayo Clinic Ventures, where he supported the lean start-up teams for Mayo.
